- Use this diagram for reference if you need to order a belt without measuring first
- In general, a belt that is 4" longer than someone's *men's* pant size should fit well.
- Lay your old belt flat on a table with the buckle end lined up with a tape measure.
- Measure the length of the belt to the hole you most commonly wear. ***It is important to include the length of the buckle in your measurement***
- Place an order for a belt in that size. For example, if your belt is 36" to the hole you use most often, place an order for a 36" belt. A 36" belt has holes at 34", 35", 36", 37", and 38". See diagram for an example of hole spacing for a 36" belt.
- A rule of thumb to follow: a perfectly fitting belt tends to be 4 inches longer than a man's pant size. For example, if your husband wears size 32 pants, a 36" belt should fit perfectly. Please double check your measurements, and send us a message if you have any questions.
- Since women's pants are not standard sizes across brands, the best way to get the perfect fit is to either measure a belt that already fits well, or use a soft tape measure to measure your hips/waist on the outside of your pants where you plan to where the belt, then place an order for a belt in that size.
